The Ceelen house is a very low-energy home built around modular spaces. Any room can easily become a bedroom when the family grows: ventilation, heating and sockets were planned for it from the start.
Large glazing frames the valuable landscape at the back of the plot, while light and floor area are used as efficiently as possible.
