A passive house facing the protected landscape of Neerpede.
- Client
- Joke Barra & Tim Schoonjans
- Challenge
- Heavy renovation, passive house, views over the protected landscape, efficient use of light and of a surface limited by the Region
- Timing
- Completed end of 2020
A heavy renovation turned an existing house into a passive home. A large triangular window in the gable opens the living spaces to the protected landscape all around.
The floor area was limited by the Region, so every square metre and every ray of light had to work hard.
