A characterful building near the Sablon is divided into several apartments. Original roof timbers, round windows and high ceilings are kept and combined with sober new kitchens and bathrooms.
stevenalice carried out the complete project under its own name: design, tender documents, construction detailing, site supervision and checking of invoices.
